Previously, Karl served as Chief of Operations for Sebastian Resourcing International LLC, an Indian garment sourcing company, where he worked with financial institutions to formulate and structure letters of credit, assisted in managing production work flow, and ran human resources.
Karl is also co-Founder and Managing Partner of KRS Technologies, a technology marketing company that helps link companies, establish niche markets, create innovative ways to market existing products or increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Prior to co-founding KRS Technologies, Karl was Executive Producer of the Road to Significance radio show ( www.success2significance.com ), on New Jersey's largest AM radio station, WMTR. During his time with the show, Karl expanded the vision for the business to include a series of books based on the guests' stories as well as a networking group to create and foster opportunity.
Karl began his career at Summit Financial Resources, Inc. in financial planning. He graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers College. He currently resides in Stirling, N.J. He is also an accomplished musician, teaching violin privately as well as having played as a guest artist and a member with several bands.
