Patrick Johnson brings over twenty-five of executive management experience to Valiant Holdings. His work as a strategic business consultant and hands-on operational executive has been instrumental in building some of the most successful brands in entertainment, services, consumer products, healthcare, transportation and the digital economy. Patrick has previously held positions as CEO, CFO, Managing Partner and EVP of sales, marketing and strategic business development for both public and private corporations. Prior to joining Rocket Racing League, Patrick served as a senior partner with Investmarque, EVP, eCommerce and Marketing for MCE Television Networks, CEO of UIS America, a digital encryption company, Managing Partner of USWeb/CKS, Managing Partner of Startup Academy and the Startup Academy Fund, a partnership between USWeb and Microsoft. Patrick managed the $240m acquisition, recapitalization and sale of a global cryogenics firm, created golf course real estate investment trusts for Jack Nicklaus and Billy Casper, managed the consolidation of the medical transportation industry for Laidlaw, consolidated and created the turnaround plan and uniform operating models for Apria Healthcare and served in various executive management positions with Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation and Bechtel Group. Patrick has developed patented technologies in the golf, medical products, and computer software and construction industries and was awarded a CLEO award for his team’s work on an interactive advertising campaign for Fleetwood Homes. Patrick earned Cum Laude degrees in Law and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley.
